This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Movie Generator - CineForge mobile application, hereby referred to as the "Application," "App," or "CineForge," created by Kamalaben Modi, hereby referred to as the "Service Provider."

CineForge is an AI-powered video generation app that lets users create projects and build multiple scenes within each project. Each scene is generated from inputs such as text prompts, uploaded images, and reference images, which are used to produce AI-generated video. This service is provided as an "AS IS" service.

Information We Collect

User-Provided Content

CineForge uses Fal.ai, a third-party AI service, to process the inputs you provide and generate AI video scenes. To create a scene, you may provide text prompts, uploaded images, and reference images. This content and any associated data are not retained after processing, except for temporary storage necessary to deliver the generated video results to you.

Uploaded images and reference images may include faces; however, the app does not collect, extract, analyze, or store facial data. We do not perform face recognition or attempt to identify individuals.

Some scenes may also require additional inputs such as text prompts or reference images to guide the style, motion, or content of the generated video.

Content Processing

User-provided text prompts, images, and reference images, along with related instructions, are transmitted securely to Fal.ai solely for generating the requested AI video scenes. This content is processed temporarily and is not used for any other purpose.

Face Data Handling

CineForge may process images or reference images uploaded by users that contain human faces. This section explains how face data is handled.

Collection of Face Data

We do not specifically collect, detect, or identify face data as a separate category of information. However, images and reference images provided by users may naturally include faces as part of the content.

Use of Face Data

Any image that may contain a face is processed solely to provide the app's core features, such as generating AI video scenes. This processing is performed using a third-party AI service — Fal.ai. We do not perform facial recognition, face tracking, or any form of biometric analysis. We do not identify individuals or create user profiles based on facial features.

Sharing of Face Data

To provide our services, images and reference images are securely transmitted to the third-party AI processing provider (Fal.ai). This data is used only for generating the requested video results and is not shared with any other third parties.

Storage and Retention

Images and reference images, including those that may contain faces, are processed temporarily and are not stored after processing is complete. We do not retain face data or use it for any purpose beyond fulfilling the user's request.

User Consent

By uploading an image or reference image and using the app's AI video generation features, you consent to the processing of your content, which may include faces, solely for the purposes described above.

Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure that images and reference images are transmitted securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

Third-Party AI Processing

To generate AI video scenes, user text prompts, images, and reference images are securely sent to and processed by Fal.ai. The service processes the data only to complete the request and does not retain the data beyond processing.

No biometric data, face recognition data, or personally identifiable face information is collected or shared.

Data Retention

We do not retain user-provided text prompts, images, reference images, or generated video after processing is complete, except where temporary storage is required to deliver the generated results to the user.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

This information is used only to improve app performance, stability, and reliability.

How We Use Information

User Consent

Content is uploaded and processed only after explicit user action and consent. By providing text prompts, images, or reference images and using AI video generation features, users consent to the temporary processing of their content for generating AI video scenes.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

You may also stop using AI video generation features at any time.

Children's Policy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted promptly.
